Shipping policy

We currently deliver to UK mainland only.  We use Royal Mail and any larger items will need to be signed for.

If you are outside the UK please contact us and we can give you a bespoke price to have an item delivered.

Local Delivery

If you live within 5 miles of the Fans Museum you may be eligible for free local delivery depending on the size of your order.  If you are eligible for local delivery this will be an option at checkout which is automatically calculated using your postcode

Collection

All items are available for free pick up from the Fans Museum, you can choose this option from the checkout.  Orders can be picked up between 11M - 3PM Tuesday to Friday.  Please bring your confirmation email/order number when you come to collect your order
